Recently, CWR has\u00a0responded to the following disasters:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 19px\">flooding in Mozambique and South\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"line-height: 19px\">Sudan<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 19px\">drought in India<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 19px\">violence in DR Congo, Syria, and\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"line-height: 19px\">Burma (a Covenant medical missionary\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"line-height: 19px\">participated in the response in Burma)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 19px\">ongoing Hurricane Sandy relief, and<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 19px\">relief and recovery work which continues\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"line-height: 19px\">in Japan more than two years after the\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"line-height: 19px\">earthquake and tsunami.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Thanks to all who give faithfully so that CWR\u00a0is able to respond immediately to disasters.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-report-this\"><a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.covchurch.org\/cwr?moderation_action=report_form&#038;object_type=post&#038;object_id=4690&#038;width=250&#038;height=300\" class=\"thickbox\" title=\"Report This Post\">Report This Post<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Natural and human-caused disasters\u00a0occur daily throughout the world.\u00a0CWR responds when there are\u00a0partners in the local area who have the\u00a0capacity to respond.
