When the Evangelical Covenant Church (ECC) talks about an unprecedented partnership, we in Canada feel that most deeply. The Canada Revenue Agency (our IRS) does not allow Canadians to receive tax deductions on funds sent to US charities. For many years the Canada Conference has had to tell people that partnering with the ECC in charitable giving projects is impossible. The law hasn’t changed, but unprecedented partnerships have come along to make the Canada Conference participation in Covenant Kids Congo powered by World Vision a reality.

The Canada Conference has a long history in Congo having sent several missionaries over the years. When this opportunity came up to work together, we didn’t want to miss out. World Vision Canada and World Vision US have worked together with World Vision Congo to set aside a portion of sponsorships for use in Canada. This has never happened before. The Evangelical Covenant Church of Canada and the ECC have worked with World Vision to adapt Covenant Kids Congo materials for a Canadian audience. We are excited to partner in unprecedented ways among many organizations to help the children, adults, families, and communities of Congo. May God bless this endeavor!

I’m really enjoying the design and layout of your site.
It’s a very easy on the eyes which makes it much more enjoyable for
me to come here and visit more often. Did you hire out a developer to
create your theme? Fantastic work!
