Whelp friends, here is my sad story. \u00a0So if you checked in last month<\/a>, you know about my new venture to try and be more intentional and take more photos with my \u201creal\u201d camera. \u00a0And this past month I did such a good job! \u00a0You would be so proud.<\/p>\n

I sat down today to upload all the pictures that I took onto my computer. \u00a0I was having some issues getting my card reader to connect with my computer, and when it finally did\u2026no pictures. \u00a0I put my SD card back in my camera\u2026no pictures. \u00a0They are no where to be found.<\/p>\n

Photos from Carnaval celebrations in our neighborhood and my kids playing with carioca – the foam folks spray all over each other to celebrate. \u00a0Photos of the blossoms on our peach tree in the backyard and photos of an afternoon spent with sisters from the Covenant Church in a Quecha community north of where we live. \u00a0Photos of prep work going into the course we are helping to host next week and photos of Grandma\u2019s recent visit. \u00a0Gone. \u00a0All gone.<\/p>\n

So, I will try again next month and work on trying to figure out whatever went wrong so it doesn\u2019t happen again! \u00a0I\u2019m trying not to be too defeated.<\/p>\n
